Job Title: Suspension Technician - Full time

Salary: DOE*

We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a full time suspension technician. The role requires strong mechanical abilities and an exceptional understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Candidate requirements

  • Previous suspension technical experience advantageous

  • Cytech 2/3, bEng or similar qualification

  • A working knowledge of MTB technologies is essential

  • In depth knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles and MTB suspension systems

  • A sound knowledge of MTB sport and racing

  • Desire to engage with, relate to and understand clients


Main role and responsibilities

  • Servicing of forks, shocks, dampers and seat posts across a wide range of brands and models

  • Suspension set up sessions and custom shock tuning

  • Provide clients with sound technical information and suggestions by phone, email and in person

  • Attend occasional events in house and off site

  • Be clean, methodical, efficient and professional

  • Some general bike mechanics will also be required

  • Rota based weekend work

  • Must be “car park jib” profficant!!


We ride bikes and think you should to, so as well as inexhaustible opportunities for carpark jib progression we’re also reasonably flexible with regards to working style and patterns. Especially for a weekends racing!
