Service Booking

Our booking system will guide you through checking your suspension in and will allow you to book your preferred bench date. The bench date is the date your suspension service will begin. In most cases we aim to have your service completed within 48 hours. There are circumstances where this isn’t always possible but we will call to discuss any delays or parts hold ups with your service.

Making a booking

 

  • Login in to your account (new customers will need to setup an account)

  • Select your suspension product

  • Pick a service date that suits you and we will email you a booking reference

  • Pay the £20 booking fee at the point of booking. This £20 is deducted from your final service bill once the service is complete

Shipping

 

Most of our customers choose to ship their services to us however you can drop items off to us during our normal opening hours if preferred.

 

We also offer a collection service which will be offered to you at the point of booking. This service is an additional £14 and will be arranged once the booking reference has been issued to you via email.

 

To give you the best service possible and get you back on your bike as soon as we can, all service items need to arrived 24 hours before the service bench date to ensure a swift service turnaround.

Service updates

 

Once you have received your service booking number you will be updated via email when:

  • Your item is received

  • The service has begun

  • Completion of the service

 

As soon as the service is complete you will receive and invoice email with online payment instructions. At this point your £20 booking fee will be taken off the total service cost.

Getting your suspension ready for service

 

We take great care of your suspension when it arrives with us. Un-packaging your suspension carefully, inspecting, chemical cleaning and storing safely to ensure no damage occurs whilst your suspension is with us.

 

With this in mind we recommend packaging your suspension with protection in mind. A quality box and bubble wrap are the best defence against courier damage. Your suspension will come back to you with a brand new Plush suspension box and wrapped with high quality packing, care and attention!

 

Clean suspension really helps us out and makes our technicians very happy so where possible please ensure your items are cleaned before packing them.

Our return service via DPD is usually next working day within the UK. Shipping time can slip during busy periods but you will be kept up to date and be able to track your parcel with the DPD tracking information that will be provided to you at the point of shipping (via email and/or SMS)
